The lake view from the ground floor room barely qualifies as a view-it's mostly blocked by trees. Temperature control in the room is a nightmare, despite multiple requests for help. You'll freeze and be told to leave the patio door open, which just invites bugs. Don't count on much privacy from the busy walkway outside your balcony, and if you're considering dinner at the hotel, you might want to look elsewhere for better options.

Competent staff, extensive breakfast, stunning location near the nearby shopping Mall, the historical center where most restaurants are located, and the lakefront. Great modern and updated room and wonderful view of the lake. Really had really really nice stay for a family vacation.

Positive, The views from the rooftop bar are amazing. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety, a great way to start the day. Our room was comfortable with a great shower and a lovely balcony view of the lake. The pasta with beetroot and hazelnuts at dinner was a highlight. Can't wait to go back 🌅

We really loved the lake view from our balcony and enjoyed the rooftop bar for evening cocktails, it was a fantastic way to unwind. The jacuzzi and sun terrace were perfect spots to relax after a day of exploring. The only minor issue was some pesky birds at breakfast that snuck in to grab a bite, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment! 🌅

I stayed in the King Suite with Lake View and Terrace for 3 nights. The room was huge with a massive comfortable bed and an very nice terrace overlooking the lake. Super clean, too! I loved that it was just a short walk to the town center and right by the beach. Breakfast had a huge selection including gluten-free options. The only downside was that I couldn't stay longer!
